You don’t realize how important sleep is until you tie in all the things you’re NOT doing at your best because of your lack of enough sleep. This includes everything from working to listening, paying attention to exercise. There is literally NOTHING in our lives that our quality of sleep doesn’t impact. Want to get up early and own the day? You need to sleep better than you are.
