Peter Shankman, 34, said listening to the Navy Seals marching chant on his iPod helps him in the last push of a marathon. Mr. Shankman, the founder of the Geek Factory, a marketing firm in Manhattan, said that he hopes that by thinking “left, right, left, right” instead of fixating on pain, he can break four hours in Sunday’s marathon.
