Trying to throw myself into work because tomorrow is the funeral… I’m very, very good at compartmentalizing. This would make for me being a spectacular spy. It also means I’ll probably go on a mass killing spree when my brain explodes by the time I’m 50. But that’s neither here nor there.
So I’ve started using my Clear account as more and more airports take it. This thrills me to no end – And now, they’re giving me a month free every time someone signs up for it based on my recommendation.

Other news… There’s not much. Disaboom will have a nice piece airing tomorrow on NPR, and I’ll link to it shortly. Otherwise, just trying to… I dunno. Compartmentalize.
I wanted a perfect ending. Now I’ve learned, the hard way, that some poems don’t rhyme, and some stories don’t have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what’s going to happen next. Delicious Ambiguity.
