Live Q&ABring your actual business problems

Here’s the thing nobody selling you AI wants to admit.

You don’t need a $5,000 course. You don’t need to “become a prompt engineer.” You don’t need to understand what a neural network is any more than you need to understand a carburetor to drive to the store.

What you need is someone to show you the 20% of AI that does 80% of the work for a small business: answering customer emails in your voice, writing your marketing, summarizing the contract you’ve been avoiding, building your social calendar, and finding you customers while you sleep.

That’s this webinar. One hour, and you walk out actually using this stuff. Not thinking about it. Using it.

What you’ll walk away with

Tools, tricks, and prompts you’ll use the same day.

Everything below is built for people running real businesses with real time constraints. If it can’t save you time or make you money this week, it didn’t make the cut.

Save time

The only 5 AI tools you actually need

There are 10,000 AI tools out there. You need five, and most of them are free. I’ll show you exactly which ones, what each is for, and which “must-have” tools are a waste of your money.

Copy + paste

My personal prompt playbook

The exact prompts I use to write emails, proposals, social posts, and follow-ups in my own voice. You’ll get them as a takeaway doc, so you can paste, tweak two words, and go.

Make money

AI that finds and closes customers

How to use AI to research prospects, personalize outreach that actually gets responses, and follow up consistently, which is where most small businesses leak revenue every single week.

Save money

Replace tasks, not people

The bookkeeping, scheduling, customer service, and admin work you’re either doing at midnight or paying someone hourly to do, and how AI handles it for the price of a sandwich.

Sound like you

Train AI on your voice in 10 minutes

The biggest fear I hear: “AI sounds like a robot.” It does, until you teach it not to. I’ll show you the ten-minute exercise that makes everything it writes sound like you on your best day.

Stay safe

What NOT to do with AI

The mistakes that cost small businesses customers and credibility: where AI confidently lies to you, what data you should never paste into it, and how to use it without losing the human touch that built your business.

A taste of what you’ll get

Here’s one prompt from the playbook. Free. Right now.

Because I’d rather prove this works than tell you it works. Paste this into ChatGPT or Claude and watch what happens.

Prompt #7: The customer win-back “Here are three emails I’ve written to customers [paste them]. Learn my tone. Now write a short, warm win-back email to a customer who hasn’t ordered in 6 months. No discounts, no desperation. Remind them why they chose us, mention one thing that’s new, and make it easy to reply. Keep it under 120 words.”

That prompt has generated real, measurable revenue for businesses that were ignoring their old customer lists. There are 24 more like it in the takeaway doc, organized by what you’re trying to get done.

Why learn this from Peter Shankman?

Because I’ve built five companies on the principle of doing more with less. I founded HARO (Help a Reporter Out) and grew it to 800,000 sources before it was acquired. I’ve had three successful exits, written six bestselling books on marketing and customer experience, and I’ve spent twenty years explaining what’s next to audiences at the biggest companies in the world.

I’m a regular on CNN, Fox, and MSNBC, where my job is taking complicated things and making them make sense in ninety seconds. That’s exactly what I’ll do with AI for your business, except you get a full hour and you get to ask questions.

And I run my businesses the way you run yours: lean, fast, and allergic to wasted time. Every tool and prompt in this webinar is something I actually use, every single day.

Questions you’re probably asking

I’m not technical at all. Will I be lost?

No. This is “for Beginners” in the title for a reason. If you can write an email, you can do everything in this webinar. We start from zero and there is no jargon, and when there is jargon, I’ll translate it immediately.

What if I can’t make it live?

You’re covered. Every registration includes the full recording, delivered within 24 hours of the live session on September 16. Your webinar login info goes out 48 hours before the event, and you can also submit questions in advance and I’ll answer them during the Q&A.

Which AI tools does this cover?

The major ones you’ve heard of, like ChatGPT and Claude, plus a handful of small-business-specific tools you probably haven’t. Most of what I’ll show you can be done on free plans, and I’ll tell you exactly when paying is worth it and when it isn’t.

Is this just another AI hype session?

The opposite. No predictions about the future, no “AI will change everything” speeches. Just here’s the tool, here’s the prompt, here’s what it does for your business, next. If you want philosophy, this isn’t your webinar.

I run a [insert your business here]. Will this apply to me?

If you have customers, send emails, do marketing, or handle paperwork, yes. The examples cover service businesses, retail, consultants, and solo operators, and the live Q&A means you can ask about your specific situation.

Your competitors are figuring this out right now.

One hour on September 16 and $79 versus another six months of “I really should learn this AI stuff.” The price goes to $129 on August 1, so you already know which one your business needs.
